Chadwick Nott is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its Cheltenham team, advising on high-quality mergers, acquisitions, disposals and investments for entrepreneurial businesses and owner-managed companies. You will handle share purchase agreements, investment agreements and shareholders' agreements, with exposure to a demanding client base.

The role offers genuine ownership of matters, strong career development and clear progression within a growing Corporate & Commercial team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor status with at least 1 year's PQE in Corporate Law.
• Experience advising on a range of corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, buyouts and reorganisations.
• Drafting and negotiating share purchase, investment and shareholders' agreements.
• Supporting governance, compliance and company formation tasks.
• Managing due diligence and coordinating transactions end-to-end.
• Building lasting client relationships and contributing to BD.
