As the Junior Concierge, you will epitomize exceptional service for our guests and have thorough knowledge of things to see and do in London. Your tasks as Concierge will include but are not limited to:

1. Having an excellent knowledge of London, including restaurants, attractions, shows, and events.
2. Acting as the point of reference for guests needing assistance or information, attending to their wishes and requirements.
3. Answering phones, making reservations, taking and distributing messages or mail, and redirecting calls.
4. Running errands for guests and management as requested.
5. Creating personalized and bespoke experiences for all guests using our concierge services.
6. Anticipating guests' needs and exceeding their expectations.
7. Working collaboratively as a team and supporting each other.
8. Being aware of VIP or repeat guests and personalizing service accordingly.
9. Representing Nobu as an ambassador and embodying our values and commitment to our teams.
