Salary £27,300 plus additional service charge and commission

What’s involved?

As Concierge your duties will include but not limited to:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Provide information and assistance to guests on local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other concierge services as requested by guests
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, shows, and activities
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process for guests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and maintain confidentiality at all times

Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience as a Concierge from a luxury 4 or 5 star hotel and must have excellent communication skills, customer service as well a good understanding of the London area.
