Job description

We have a new opportunity for a Residential Concierge to join our team in Leaside Lock based in London on a permanent full-time basis.

Reporting to the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming service along with an effective access control service that ensures a clean, safe, and secure living environment for our tenants at Leaside Lock.

This role is Monday to Friday from 12 midday to 8pm.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing first-class customer service, answering any questions from residents
• Accepting the mail and parcels, logging and distributing accordingly
• Patrolling the buildings and car parks, litter pick outside.
• Responding to repair requests and issuing keys to contractors
• Investigate alarms and carry out regular safety and lighting checks.
• Monitoring CCTV, reporting any faults.
