Job summary

Vincere in Leeds is seeking a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established national litigation team. You will support senior lawyers, manage your own caseload with supervision, and develop strong technical foundations on complex matters.

The role offers exposure to a wide client base and potential involvement in business development and client-facing activities as you progress.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years’ PQE).
• Litigation experience preferred; transferable skills acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and technical ability.
• Commercial, solution-driven mindset with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting senior lawyers with their caseloads of commercial disputes.
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Drafting pleadings and correspondence and carrying out legal research and investigations.
• Attending conferences, court hearings and client meetings as required.
• Communicating with clients, counsel and other parties.
• Supporting business development and profile raising initiatives.
• Completing client and internal MI procedures.
• Working to deadlines, quality measures and KPIs.
• Meeting agreed chargeable and financial targets.
• Working in line with internal policies and procedures.
