Vincere in Leeds is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well‑established national litigation team. You will support senior lawyers, manage your own caseload with supervision, and handle a broad range of commercial disputes for diverse clients.

The role offers early responsibility on files, exposure to high‑profile matters and a clear path to progression with mentoring, development opportunities and a collaborative, client‑facing culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 3 years’ PQE.
• Litigation experience preferred but not essential if you can demonstrate strong interest and transferable skills.
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
• Commercial, solution-driven mindset and good judgement.
• Excellent organisation and time management; able to prioritise deadlines.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative team approach.
• Comfortable working independently with appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting senior lawyers with caseloads of commercial disputes
• Managing your own caseload with supervision
• Drafting pleadings and legal research
• Attending conferences, court hearings and client meetings
• Communicating with clients, counsel and other parties
• Supporting business development and profile raising initiatives
• Completing client and internal MI procedures
• Working to deadlines, quality measures and KPIs
• Meeting agreed chargeable and financial targets
• Adhering to internal policies and procedures
