Job summary

SaccoMann in Leeds is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to handle a broad spectrum of disputes in a busy, supportive environment. The role blends hybrid working with office collaboration and real client exposure.

You will advise on contractual and property issues, breach of directors’ duties, and insurance-related matters, with mentoring for junior staff and opportunities for progression. PQE is welcome, with independence and teamwork valued in equal measure.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Disputes.
• 1 PQE+, but NQ with pre-qualification experience will be considered.
• Some exposure to insurance litigation and policy matters preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in case management systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients and managing a varied caseload
• Supporting insurance-funded claims and policy coverage
• Engaging with courts, clients, and third parties to facilitate dispute resolution
• Delegating tasks and mentoring junior staff
