Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) and related regulatory standards. You will work in the Compliance team, partnering with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard client assets and strengthen internal controls.

The role requires at least 2+ years as an analyst in finance or regulatory bodies, with knowledge of CASS 6/7 and data-driven risk management. We value proactive learning and precise execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls.
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact.
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans.
• Managing the team's meeting governance.
