Asda is recruiting a Junior Buyer for Womenswear, based at George House in the UK. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week and a hybrid working pattern with minimum 3 days in the Home Office. You will help deliver a best-in-class customer offer and work across commercial teams to land growth.

You will collaborate with suppliers, negotiate and deliver business plans, and manage pricing to drive sales while supporting category profitability and value for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Buying experience within an own-product area is essential.
• Experience within the accessories product category is preferred but not essential.

As a Junior Buyer, you will work collaboratively with key suppliers and with internal stakeholders alike in order to deliver sales, pricing and growth ahead of the market while helping to manage the category P&L. You will negotiate and deliver business plans as well as understand customers and implement strategies that meets their needs. You will also need to understand, track & negotiate around key commodities and deliver cost to serve programmes with suppliers to ensure great value for our customers.
