Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Junior Buyer for Lingerie to join our Buying team in a hybrid role. You will work with suppliers and internal partners to deliver value, growth and a best-in-class offer for customers.

You will help manage category performance, negotiate terms, analyse trends and implement pricing and assortment strategies while understanding customers’ needs. This role combines relationship-building with hands-on buying in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive sales, pricing and growth ahead of the market.
• Negotiate and deliver business plans while managing the category P&L.
• Understand customers, implement strategies and track commodities to deliver cost to serve improvements.
• Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in one of our Home Offices.

As a Buyer, you will work collaboratively with key suppliers and with internal stakeholders alike in order to deliver sales, pricing and growth ahead of the market while helping to manage the category P&L. You will negotiate and deliver business plans as well as understand customers and implement strategies that meets their needs. You will also need to understand, track & negotiate around key commodities and deliver cost to serve programmes with suppliers to ensure great value for our customers.
