Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Junior Butler to join our team of associates. Our Junior Butlers assist suite guests with enthusiasm, efficiency and professionalism at all times, upholding Rosewood London’s standards and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities include handling guest requests, coordinating reservations and services, and ensuring seamless arrivals and departures. You will work closely with the team to maintain the highest standards of service and attention to

Responsibilities

• Assist suite guests with enthusiasm, efficiency and professionalism.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in line with Rosewood London standards.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures and special guest arrangements.
• Provide knowledge of hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Support reservations, room arrangements and guest amenities as required.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Junior Butler to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Junior Butlers are appointed to assist our suites guests with enthusiasm, efficiency and professionally at all times. This role plays an integral part in pursuing Rosewood London’s aim of being the hotel of choice for suite guests.

Key expectations of this role are

• Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
• Handling complex guest requests and complaints according to Rosewood London standards.
• Being proactive in managing in advance the arriving and departing guests’ suites, ensuring Special Attention Guests receive a memorable experience.
• Possessing a thorough knowledge of the company philosophy, core values, responsibilities, daily activities of the day and all about the hotel facilities.
• Overseeing our guest needs during their stay helping them with reservations, special requests, rooms, hotel orientation, bag packing and unpacking, laundry, shoe shine etc.
