Job summary

This Is Prime Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships in a fast‑growing tech training company. You will engage with FTSE 250 clients and a network of partners to demonstrate value and win opportunities.

The role combines sales and account management with clear KPIs, offering a base salary of 28K–33K plus uncapped commissions, a 45K OTE in year one, and flexible hybrid working (WFH 2 days).

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
• Keen to learn and develop in a fast-moving tech training environment.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing.
• Building rapport with potential clients and showing them the value of your products.
• Reaching out to previous accounts and winning them back.
• Managing won accounts and developing them by sending proposals Working to KPIs and targets.
