Talent Catch UK is recruiting in Nottingham for hands-on marketing and customer engagement roles. This full-time position operates on a self-employed basis with an uncapped, performance-based commission structure instead of a fixed salary.

Training and mentorship are provided, alongside real campaign activity to build commercial skills. You will gain practical experience in brand representation, customer acquisition and personal development while supporting client brands across direct outreach

Looking for an opportunity where you can gain practical marketing experience, work directly with customers and develop commercially valuable skills?

Talent Catch is recruiting on behalf of a growing Nottingham-based sales and marketing company for individuals looking to begin or develop a career in customer acquisition, event marketing, brand representation and business development.

The client works with established brands through direct, face-to-face marketing campaigns designed to create positive customer experiences and measurable growth.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll learn through real campaign activity rather than theory alone. You’ll receive structured coaching, work alongside experienced team members and develop confidence, communication and commercial awareness from the outset.

No previous experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
