Our real-time, data-driven approach means we’re able to price connected vehicle insurance and assess risk better than ever before, whilst giving fleet owners the insights they need to improve safety. THE ROLE
At Flock, we’re on a mission to make the world quantifiably safer, and our brokers play a crucial role in making this vision a reality. We’re looking for an ambitious Broker Development Manager to accelerate our distribution through brokers. In this role, you’ll maximise existing broker relationships and develop new ones, joining our fast-paced distribution team right at the heart of Flock’s mission.

You’ve worked in insurance in some capacity, perhaps Underwriting, Broking or wider insurance-based roles before and you’re not sure if that career within insurance is exactly for you. You’re looking to transfer your skills and energy into a new area? Working with a diverse network of brokers, you’ll develop new ways to drive engagement and differentiate us from other insurers, including getting involved with specific deals to help deliver on our targets. By championing Flock’s innovative connected fleet proposition, you’ll work with our brokers to help fleets improve their safety, reduce their insurance costs, and ultimately help them win!
