Job summary

IPS Group is seeking a Junior Bodily Injury Handler to join its Manchester team. You will manage a caseload of lower value motor bodily injury claims, handling cases on the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal from instruction to settlement.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop bodily injury experience within a supportive and growing team environment. The role operates 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with probation office-based.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within motor claims, ideally with some exposure to bodily injury claims.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• The ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• A proactive and organised approach to claims handling.
• A desire to further develop your technical knowledge within bodily injury claims.
• Experience using the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of lower value motor bodily injury claims via the OIC Portal from instruction to settlement.
• Liaise with claimants, solicitors and third parties, review evidence and investigate liability.
• Support the delivery of fair and efficient claim outcomes.
• Work closely with experienced bodily injury professionals to develop knowledge.
