Job summary

Ips Group is expanding its Manchester claims team and seeks a Junior Bodily Injury Handler. You will manage a caseload of motor bodily injury claims, handling cases through the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal from instruction to settlement.

You’ll liaise with claimants, solicitors and third parties, review evidence, investigate liability and support fair, efficient outcomes while developing your technical knowledge in bodily injury claims.

Qualifications

• Experience handling motor bodily injury claims is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Proactive and organized approach to claims handling.
• Willingness to develop technical knowledge in bodily injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of lower value motor bodily injury claims from instruction to settlement.
• Liaise with claimants, solicitors and third parties; review evidence and investigate liability.
• Support delivery of fair and efficient claim outcomes alongside experienced colleagues.
