Qualifications

• Entry-level role with onboarding and coaching to develop commercial skills.
• No prior sales experience required; attitude, communication and willingness to learn are valued.
• Office-based in London Victoria, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Research businesses and identify potential clients.
• Contact prospects via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
• Introduce Flourish’s services and how they help build stronger sales teams.
• Engage with founders and senior decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
