• No prior sales experience required but a proactive, coachable attitude is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with potential to build relationships.
• Desire to learn B2B sales and progress through a structured development path.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and target Flourish’s market segment.
• Initiate contact via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Articulate Flourish’s value and set up conversations for the Business Development team.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Record activity and outcomes in the CRM and participate in coaching sessions.
