Responsibilities

• Research businesses and identify potential clients.
• Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Introduce Flourish's services and explain how we help build stronger sales teams.
• Start conversations with founders, sales leaders and other decision-makers.
• Ask questions to understand prospective clients' objectives and recruitment needs.
• Identify opportunities and arrange meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain CRM records of calls, emails, conversations and follow-ups.
• Learn to manage a sales pipeline and daily prospecting activity.
• Participate in team meetings, call reviews and coaching sessions.
• Work towards activity targets, meeting objectives and pipeline goals.
• Take feedback to improve sales approach.
