Apprentify in London is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to build and develop client relationships, uncover opportunities, and support projects across design, build and compliance. You will learn to manage client portfolios and contribute to revenue growth in a dynamic, hands-on role.

The position offers a foundation in account management with training, uncapped commission potential and clear progression within the team, located at our Central London office, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand customer challenges, requirements and business objectives.
• Identify and qualify potential commercial opportunities.
• Support senior colleagues with client meetings and projects.
• Manage communication across phone, email, LinkedIn and networking.
• Maintain accurate client information within the CRM.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams on key accounts.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's services.
• Work towards individual activity and revenue targets.
