Apprentify in London is seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to join its London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional to gain experience in a customer-focused commercial role within a fast-growing SaaS business.

From day one you will receive structured training, work with Account Managers and Customer Success teams, and contribute to customer onboarding, meetings, and ongoing engagement to drive value for clients.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Account Management team in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Assist with customer onboarding and ensure a positive experience throughout the early stages of the client journey.
• Attend customer meetings and calls, taking notes and supporting follow-up actions.
• Develop an understanding of clients' business objectives and how the company's solutions support their success.
• Help identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and updates within the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to support client needs.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to continuously improve processes and the overall customer experience.
