Job summary

Apprentify in West Midlands is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in shipping and logistics. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and develop long-term client relationships across the West Midlands.

The role offers a base of £30,000–£35,000 with uncapped OTE of £35,000–£45,000, plus a structured 12-month training program and clear progression opportunities. A full UK driving licence is required and candidate should be confident in meetings with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts
