Rentokil Initial is hiring a Joiner Technician at the Lincoln branch to deliver domestic and commercial joinery work. You will perform first and second fix joinery, floor and timber repairs and ensure high standards of service on every site.

The role involves safety compliance, site clean-up, and flexible hours to meet customer needs. The position includes a company vehicle, fuel card, tools, uniform, RI Rewards, and potential overtime or bonuses.

Qualifications

• On-site joinery experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out first and second fix joinery, replacing decayed joists and flooring, renewing skirting boards and timber repairs.
• Carrying out preservation works on site, including stripping and replacing timber floors, door frames, architraves and windows.
• Supporting damp proofing and removal of wall coatings including plaster and woodworm treatments.
