Job summary

Norfolk County Council is expanding its Local Supported Employment Team to help people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, care leavers and ex-offenders into work. You’ll coach participants, advocate for tailored in-work support, and guide them through the five-stage journey to sustainable employment.

The role offers 37 hours per week, a permanent contract, and a salary of £29,064 to £31,022 per year. Flexible working, pension, and wellbeing benefits are provided.

We’re expanding our Local Supported Employment Team and are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in delivering high-quality, person-centred employment support under the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).

You’ll work directly with participants to support their journey into employment. Using a strengths-based approach and the 5-stage model, you’ll provide tailored coaching, advocacy and in-work support to help individuals thrive in the workplace.
