Job summary

Test Triangle Limited is seeking an experienced Jira-ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between Jira/Jira Service Management and ServiceNow platforms. The role focuses on automating workflows, synchronising tickets, incidents, changes, and service requests with APIs and middleware technologies.

The candidate will design bidirectional integrations, implement Flow Designer workflows, and ensure security and governance while collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow development experience (ITSM preferred).
• Experience with third-party integrations and REST APIs.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
• Jira Administration and Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement bidirectional integrations between Jira and ServiceNow.
• Develop REST/SOAP APIs-based integration and automation workflows.
• Configure ticket synchronisation for Incidents, Changes, and Service Requests.
• Provide technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
