Job summary

Tiro Partners is seeking a hands-on Jira Service Management and Integration Specialist for a 12-month contract in the UK. You will lead JSM architecture and integrations, connecting Jira Cloud with CRM and backend systems via APIs and webhooks, and design workflows that actually work for the operational teams using them day to day.

You will collaborate with developers and non-technical teams, translating complex processes into clean platform designs and ensuring reliable, scalable service

Qualifications
