Job summary

Test Triangle Limited is seeking an experienced Jira-ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between Jira/Jira Service Management and ServiceNow platforms. The role focuses on automating workflows, synchronising tickets, incidents, changes, and service requests with APIs and middleware technologies.

The candidate will design bidirectional integrations, implement Flow Designer workflows, and ensure security and governance while collaborating with stakeholders

Job Description: Jira & ServiceNow Integration Developer/Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Jira-ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between Atlassian Jira/Jira Service Management and ServiceNow platforms. The role will focus on automating workflows, synchronising tickets, incidents, changes, and service requests, and delivering seamless enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement bidirectional integrations between Jira and ServiceNow.
• Develop REST/SOAPAPI-based integration sand automation workflows.
• Configure ticket synchronisation for Incidents, Problems, Changes, Tasks, and Service Requests.
• Build custom scripts, business rules, Flow Designer workflows, Script Includes, andintegration components within ServiceNow.
• Configure Jira automations, webhooks, and workflow transitions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate withbusinessstakeholderstogatherrequirementsanddefineintegrationarchitecture.
• Ensure security, audit, compliance, and data governance requirements are met.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Mandatory Skills
