Job summary

Infosys in Stevenage is seeking an experienced Jira & Confluence Application and Maintenance Support Engineer to manage, support, and enhance Atlassian platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, user support, administration, configuration, integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Atlassian ecosystem.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience administering Jira Software and Confluence.
Experience with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center deployments.
Proficient in migrations using JCMA/CCMA and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence environments.
Configure and maintain projects, issue types, workflows, screens, field configurations, permissions, notification schemes, and security schemes.
Create and manage Confluence spaces, templates, knowledge bases, and content governance.
Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, and access permissions.
Configure Scrum and Kanban boards, dashboards, filters, reports, and Advanced Roadmaps.
Support Agile teams with Jira best practices and process improvements.
Provide L2/L3 support for Jira, Confluence, and JSM platforms.
Troubleshoot platform, workflow, permission, and integration issues.
