Job summary

Sabio Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to design, build and support integrations across enterprise systems. You will manage users, roles, and workflows, implement ITSM processes, and deliver scalable solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Script Includes.

Strong communication with stakeholders is essential for success. The role emphasizes governance, testing, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain platform health and security.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise ServiceNow administration, configuration and development experience.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes, CMDB).
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Certifications (CSA/CAD) are desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow users, roles, access controls, and workflows.
• Design, build, test and deploy ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer and Script Includes.
• Develop integrations with Salesforce and other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure documentation, release notes and test evidence are produced.
• Support platform governance, backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning.
• Troubleshoot incidents and support upgrades, patches and regression testing.
• Explain options, risks and constraints to stakeholders.
