NPAworldwide is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead for a Central Government project in the UK. You will lead a collaborative Agile team, remaining hands-on while guiding architecture and delivering bespoke software solutions.

Responsibilities include designing solutions, mentoring engineers, and building full-stack apps with Java, JavaScript, React and TypeScript. Strong AWS experience and UK security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial Java development experience.
• Experience designing and building solutions in AWS.
• Full-stack development using JavaScript, React and TypeScript.
• Experience leading engineers or providing technical direction.
• Understanding of software architecture and technical design.
• Experience through the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
