• Deal with customer queries and supplier/hotelier issues; resolve complaints where possible.
• Check itineraries to ensure feasibility and smooth operation.
• Process and confirm service bookings accurately, noting any special requirements.
• Monitor service quality and provide detailed reports after interactions and inspections.
• Meet and greet customers and tour leaders as required.
• Adhere to company standards and use in-house IT tools effectively.
• Undertake project work under guidance and work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Act as emergency response support for tour leaders and customers during crises.
• Perform ad-hoc duties such as general operations and coordination tasks.
