Job summary

You will guide clients through end-to-end lifecycle engagements—design, configuration, testing, deployment and continual improvement—translating business needs into scalable HaloITSM solutions and collaborating with client and project teams.

Qualifications

• HaloITSM experience or certification; strong ITIL knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into HaloITSM design and configurations.
• Experience leading client workshops and producing clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops to understand service management processes and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into HaloITSM solution designs and configurations.
• Advise on ITSM best practices, design processes, and automation opportunities.
• Produce solution documentation, process maps, and delivery plans.
• Demonstrate proven experience implementing, configuring, or supporting HaloITSM in client environments.
• Show strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Gather requirements and translate into effective technical and process solutions.
• Work with workflows, service catalogs, SLAs, reporting, integrations, and data migration.
• Demonstrate consultancy, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a full lifecycle consultancy role, guiding clients through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and continual improvement.

You’ll combine a strong technical capability with a practical ITSM knowledge, translating business requirements into scalable HaloITSM solutions, advising stakeholders and working closely with client and project teams.

Role/Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops to understand service management processes, operational challenges and desired outcomes
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical HaloITSM solution designs
• Advise clients on ITSM best practices, process design and opportunities for automation
• Produce clear solution documentation, process maps, configuration specifications and delivery plans
• Proven experience implementing, configuring or supporting HaloITSM in client or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and ITIL principles
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into effective technical and process solutions
• Practical knowledge of workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, automation, reporting, integrations and data migration
• Excellent consultancy, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, organised and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• HaloITSM certification and ITIL certification are desirable
