Carnival UK is seeking a Manager, Itinerary Planning to support deployment ambitions and ensure itineraries are feasible from ports to ships. Role involves coordinating with HESS stakeholders and internal teams to meet strict publication timelines.

The position is full-time with a 7-month fixed term and hybrid work arrangement, including up to two days from home. Candidates should have deck officer experience and strong stakeholder engagement skills within the cruise industry.

Qualificações

• Deck officer experience is essential for operational feasibility.
• Strong understanding of cruise industry operations and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups and manage feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Assess itinerary feasibility including berth availability and routing.
• Coordinate itinerary reviews with global stakeholders and operational groups.
• Engage with ships, ports, agents and internal teams to ensure deliverability.
• Manage deployment plans and meet publication deadlines.
• Collaborate with ports/destinations for new itineraries development.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Track timelines and deliverables with fixed publication dates.
• Provide direction to one or two direct reports and maintain relationships.
