Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Manager, Itinerary Planning to support deployment and itinerary execution. You will ensure itineraries are feasible, coordinate reviews with global stakeholders, and engage with ships, ports and internal teams to secure deliverability.

This hybrid role involves leading a small team, managing timelines, and contributing to future itinerary development while aligning with Carnival policies and deployment goals.

Qualifications

• Deck officer experience.
• Understanding of the cruise industry and how ships, ports and third parties work together to deliver itineraries.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to coordinate multiple inputs and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess itinerary feasibility including berth availability, routing, port suitability and sailing speeds.
• Coordinate itinerary reviews with global HESS stakeholders and gather input from operational groups.
• Engage with ships, ports, agents and internal stakeholders to confirm deliverability of planned and future itineraries.
• Manage MXP and keep internal stakeholders updated on deployment plans to meet brochure publication deadlines.
• Collaborate with ports and destinations to support new itinerary development.
