Job summary

Walt Disney Imagineering in London is seeking a senior Planning & Scheduling expert to support the design, production, installation and testing of new cruise ship builds. You will manage end-to-end schedules across design, vendors, fabrication and construction, ensuring on-time turnover and voyage readiness.

The role is based in London Hammersmith with four days in the office and one day of work-from-home per week, and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Significant years of project planning and scheduling in marine or cruise ship environments.
• Proficient in Critical Path Method scheduling using P6.
• Familiar with shipbuilding domains: hull, mechanical, electrical, hotel outfitting.
• Experience coordinating OFE and integrating with shipyard schedules.
• Ability to translate mid-level plans into integrated schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of integrated schedules for new build cruise ships.
• Identify risks early and implement recovery plans with shipyard management.
• Develop schedule health indicators for executive reviews.
• Coordinate OFE with vendors to align master schedule.
• Lead project scheduling processes, tools, and deliverables.
• Present schedule status in planning sessions across levels.
• Load manpower and track earned hours progress curves.
• Define schedule milestones for contract specifications.
