Job description

The Change & Release Manager will oversee the implementation, integration, and effectiveness of change management processes, ensuring compliance with the change management process, usually aligned with a specific customer. This is a hybrid role in Northern Ireland with remote working and 1-2 days a month in the Belfast office.

An excellent opportunity for a Change Manager to join our team, responsible for the service delivered to a large customer with a vast portfolio of technologies.

What you will be doing:

1. Be responsible for the Change Management and appropriate release process for the customer-aligned account.
2. Support the implementation and improvement of client policies, processes, and procedures under the direction of the Head of Change Management.
3. Monitor compliance and ensure adherence to processes and procedures. Support ISO compliance procedures and annual audit activities.
4. Assist project teams to incorporate Change Management procedures into their plans for new solutions and services.
5. Liaise with Service Delivery and wider Technical teams during design, build, and transition to production.
6. Author internal monthly reports and contribute to customer reporting on Change, Release, and Patching.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in Service Delivery / Service Management within large, multi-geography outsourced environments.
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL service delivery and support processes.
• Experience working within frameworks such as ITIL.
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and application technologies.
• Experience handling complex situations and escalations.
• Track record in delivering Change Management.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
