Job description

MCS Group is seeking to connect with a Change Manager with experience of working within digital transformation for a key client of theirs. Well established in Belfast, this firm specialises in driving digital transformation for their customers (who sit across both public and private sectors) through innovative software solutions. The Change Manager will get the opportunity to lead a major enterprise system replacement for a public sector organisation. This is your chance to be at the heart of major digital transformation - shaping change, getting involved and leading training, and ensuring a smooth transition to BAU.

What you'll do:

  • You'll own change delivery for a large enterprise level customer

  • Be the client's go-to Product Owner & Service Owner

  • You'll lead user engagement, training strategy, and release readiness

  • Manage post-launch evaluation and support continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring:

  • Solid experience in change management for complex digital projects

  • Strong stakeholder and training leadership skills

  • Bonus points for PRINCE2, or ITIL certifications
