Change Manager (Remote UK) – £400 - £500 p/d Outside IR35 - Sales Operations Focus

Bright Purple is hiring a Contract Change Manager (Remote and Outside IR35) to support a major Sales Operations transformation across a global organisation. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations and managing a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in optimising sales processes, tools, and adoption across commercial teams. Experience in a large corporate client needed and preferably in the tech product space at enterprise level.

Key Focus Areas:

Lead change delivery across sales processes and CRM tooling (Salesforce + Oracle)
Focus on as-is and to-be best practices and business readiness
Drive adoption through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
Oversee impact assessments and manage readiness activities
Support transition planning and reporting, ensuring minimal disruption to Sales Ops

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years in change management, ideally in Sales Ops or GTM transformations
Strong stakeholder skills and a pragmatic, structured delivery approach
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Oracle
Confident in leading communications, enablement, and data-backed adoption tracking
