Job description

My client in Gloucestershire are looking to appoint a talented Transformation & Commissioning Manager on a Contract basis.

This is a manager role working across the Children's Social Care and Education and

Homelessness transformation and commissioning areas to manage the successful delivery of key commissioning work packages for the Youth Housing and Homelessness Project.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £390 per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

• Monday to Wednesday

You will be coordinating several key project, such as:

Based in Gloucestershire (remote):

• Take the operational managerial lead for overseeing the commissioning cycle of individual high-profile projects
• Take a lead specialism within children or education services and be the lead manager on compiling the business case for service modernisation
• Through area of specialism contribute to the leadership teams work on the department's transformation & commissioning strategies
• Champion diversity & make use of needs analysis, gap analysis & other evidence to promote a strong community focus and support

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading on Youth Housing and Homelessness projects
• Local Authority experience is essential
