Job summary

Quantum Metric is seeking a Solutions Engineer to provide world‑class pre‑sales technical support to the sales team. You will work directly with customers as the subject matter expert on customer experience management and QM, delivering product demonstrations tailored to address pain points.

In the sales cycle, you will lead proofs of concepts in the customer production environment, develop compelling demonstrations, and partner with Account Executives on strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a pre‑sales or solutions engineering role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Fluency in English and Italian is a plus for customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class pre‑sales technical support to the sales team.
• Deliver product demonstrations addressing customer pain points and QM value.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts, often in the customer production environment.
• Develop product demonstrations and POCs for customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on technical account strategy.
