Job summary

ORCA Computing Ltd in Central London is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to translate quantum-classical architecture into customer value, collaborating with sales and product teams. You will own technical demos, design end-to-end solution architectures, and lead PoCs across hybrid HPC/machine learning workloads, helping customers leverage ORCA's PT-series systems.

Expect occasional travel to client sites and close collaboration with partners to shape demonstrations and proofs of value across

Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience with deep-tech or high-tech environments.
• Experience delivering complex technology solutions to enterprise customers.
• Ability to design and communicate clear solution architectures and system diagrams.
• Proven ability to build and operate technical demos, prototypes or PoCs.
• Experience with AI/ML, HPC, and scaling complex systems.
• Strong Python programming skills and ML workflows.
• Experience with MLOps or production-oriented deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver partner- and customer-facing technical content and live demos in HPC environments.
• Own end-to-end solution architectures for customer use cases across data pipelines, model workflows, and integration with ORCA systems.
• Qualify customer opportunities by translating problems into structured technical approaches and success criteria.
• Design PoC engagements test real customer value balancing speed, rigour and commercial relevance.
• Contribute to technical marketing content and GTM materials.
• Act as a bridge across product, applications, marketing and sales to ensure technically valid and commercially impactful solutions.
