Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Italian speaker) in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels, driving sales and managing quotes and orders.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong computer skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset to grow inside sales. Hybrid work is available after initial training, with extensive training and a focus on development.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Understanding of the Radwell International sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
• Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
• Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
• Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
• Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed.
• Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
• Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means
• Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
