Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative with Italian language skills to join the Blackburn team. The role focuses on managing sales opportunities, verifying inventory, and updating customers on pricing and delivery while maintaining high professionalism and accuracy.

You will work in a hybrid environment after initial training, with a starting salary of £27,500 per year plus performance-based commission.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Understanding of the sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Relevant degree (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
• Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
• Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
• Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
• Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed.
• Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
• Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means
• Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
