Radwell International is recruiting a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Italian speaker) in Blackburn, UK. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, converting opportunities into sales, and maintaining accurate order and quote records.

You will work in a growing Inside Sales team with hybrid work after training and a starting salary of £27,500 per year. You will use your Italian and English language skills, strong computer proficiency, and CRM/Microsoft Office knowledge to support

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email or other channels.

• Provide price and delivery updates to customers.
• Input quotes and orders accurately into the system.
• Pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls.
