Job summary

Radwell International is hiring a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative – Italian Speaker in Blackburn, UK. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels, managing sales opportunities, and supporting order processing with accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, have strong computer skills, and proven sales or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Understanding of the sales cycle; ability to understand the Radwell International sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Relevant degree (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
• Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
• Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
• Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
• Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed.
• Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
• Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means
• Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
