Job summary

March Personnel is assisting a client in recruiting an Italian-speaking Account Executive to drive growth in the Italian market for a B2B technology solution. You will own the sales process from prospecting through contract completion, building relationships with customers and reseller partners across public and private sectors in the UK.

The role requires proven success in complex sales cycles, including tenders/RFPs, with native/fluent Italian and strong English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in B2B technology sales.
• Native or fluent Italian speaker with strong professional English.
• Experience with channel/reseller sales models in tech/SaaS.
• Strong CRM and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
• Develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and reseller partners.
• Identify customer needs and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
