Job summary

Deliveroo's United Kingdom Commercial team is hiring an Italian Speaking Inside Sales Representative to expand our local restaurant network. You will identify popular eateries and onboard them onto the Deliveroo platform, driving growth through proactive outreach and tailored partnership proposals.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential, you’ll build rapport over the phone, manage a robust pipeline in our CRM, and negotiate terms to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Italian and fluent in English, based in the UK.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and pitch products or services.
• Experience closing sales and navigating high outreach activity.
• Strong understanding of technology with experience using a CRM system.
• Resilience in a fast-paced environment with a learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with high levels of daily cold-call activity to identify restaurant leads and present partnership opportunities.
• Own and manage a robust sales pipeline to exceed monthly acquisition targets.
• Utilise templates and bespoke proposals to convert prospects into long-term partners.
• Maintain precise CRM records to provide full transparency on sales activities and progress.
• Negotiate pricing to ensure mutual goals are achieved.
