Job summary

Chef & Cook is seeking a reliable Chef de Partie to prepare, cook and present dishes according to the company standard and concept. You will assist the sous chef and head chef in developing new dishes and menus while working with the brigade and front of house teams.

You will monitor waste and maintain station cleanliness to protect margins, and be highly organised and communicative in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Capable of flexible working hours.
• Strong emphasis on food hygiene and health & safety.
