Qualifications

• CDP or strong Demi CDP background preferred.
• Experience producing fresh pasta, bread and pastries.
• Background in high-end Italian venues is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take overall charge of designated kitchen sections.
• Work with senior team to develop the business and menu.
• Report to the head chef and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Minimise wastage and train junior staff.
