Job summary

Client is seeking an IT Triage Technician to join the Technology Service Desk. This role offers the chance to develop technical skills and gain exposure to a broad range of IT technologies within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include providing first-line IT support for applications, hardware and end-user technologies, triaging and resolving incidents, and maintaining software and devices, including new builds.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st Line IT support with incident triage and resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office 365, Exchange, AD, Group Policy and SCCM.
• Experience supporting IT applications, hardware and end-user technologies in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support across applications, hardware and end-user technologies.
• Log, triage, diagnose, resolve and escalate incidents and service requests, taking ownership through to resolution wherever possible.
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain software and devices, including new builds and technology set-ups.
